… because Madison Trans Community Dinners has a new mailing list!

In the past we’ve had people sign up for the dinners by circulating a Google Form every month. That worked okay for a while, but we now have over 50 people on our subscriber list, and that’s too many to manage by hand. We also got feedback from some of you that it was a pain to re-enter all of your contact information every month.

Because of this, we have created a new mailing list through MailerLite. Our first email campaign went out on March 25th, so check your inbox if you haven’t seen it yet. This email includes information particular to this month’s dinner, such as our donation drive for OutReach LGBTQ+ Community Center, and it also contains a brief 4-question survey. Here you can let us know about any accessibility needs that you have, as well as any special dietary needs.

I hope you’ll take a moment to fill out these surveys when they show up in your inbox! They’re designed to save time for both you and our volunteers, and it makes it a lot easier for us to know how to prepare when we know who’s coming.
